- 摘要:
- 为保护光亮瘤蕨野生资源, 并进行合理的开发和利用,以光亮瘤蕨的孢子为外植体,建立快繁体系。结果表明:光亮瘤蕨孢子最佳灭菌方式为HgCl2处理3 min,最适孢子萌发培养基为1/2MS+1%蔗糖。增殖期间,最适增殖培养基为1/2MS+1%蔗糖。以1/2MS+2%蔗糖为培养基,采用转接继代法诱导孢子为最佳孢子体诱导方法。待幼孢子体长至2~3 cm时即可出瓶炼苗。
- Abstract:
- In order to protect the fern wild resources of Phynatodes cuspidatus,and to make reasonable development and use,taking the spores of?Phynatodes cuspidatus as explants,the rapid propagation system was established .The results showed that the best sterilization time of the spores of Phynatodes cuspidatus for HgCl2 was 3 min,the optimum spore germination medium was 1/2MS+1% sucrose.During the proliferation period,the optimal proliferation medium was 1/2MS+1% sucrose.During the induction period,1/2MS+2% sucrose was the most suitable sporophytic induction medium,transfer subculture was the best way.When the young sporophytes grew to 2~3 cm,it was training seedling.
