- 为了研究重金属离子对草履虫的毒性作用,配制梯度浓度的重金属离子溶液对25℃培养条件下的大草履虫进行毒性试验。结果表明:Cu2+12 h对大草履虫的半致死浓度(LC50)为0.090 mg·L-1,Cu2+24 h对大草履虫的LC50为0.056 mg·L-1;Pb2+12 h对大草履虫的LC50为6.647 mg·L-1,Pb2+24 h对大草履虫的LC50为3.213 mg·L-1;Zn2+12 h对大草履虫的LC50为6.180 mg·L-1,Zn2+24 h对大草履虫的LC50为2.328 mg·L-1。3种重金属离子对草履虫的毒性作用大小为Cu2+>Zn2+>Pb2+。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the toxic effects of heavy metals on Paramecium,the concentration of heavy metal ion gradient preparation solution for large Paramecium under culture conditions of 25℃ for toxicity experiments.The results showed that lethal concentration (LC50) of Cu2+ on Paramecium caudatum12 h was 0.090 mg·L-1,24 h to 0.056 mg·L-1; LC50 of Pb2+ on Paramecium caudatum 12 h was 6.647 mg·L-1,24 h to 3.213 mg·L-1;LC50of Zn2+ on Paramecium caudatum 12 h was 6.180 mg·L-1,24 h to 2.328 mg·L-1.Cu2 + toxicity for Paramecium caudatum was higher than Pb2+ and Zn2 +.
