新型微生物菌肥对马铃薯产量的影响

摘要:
为了筛选适合内蒙古马铃薯高产无公害生产的微生物肥施用浓度,采用2因素3水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计,以菌肥浓度和种植密度为自变量,以马铃薯产量为目标函数,建立了数学回归模型,并通过计算机模拟寻优。结果表明:最终筛选出6个产量大于21 750 kg?hm-2的优化方案,其最佳中心值为菌肥浓度9.7×107?cfu?mL-1,种植密度55 350株?hm-2
Abstract:
In order to select the microbial fertilizer concentration of suitable for Inner Mongolia potato high yield and nonpollution production,the method of 2 factors 3 levels of quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design was adopted.a mathematical regression model with microbial fertilizer concentration and planting density as independent variables and with potato yield as objective function was constructed,and through computer simulation.The results showed that ultimately selected 6 optimization program for yield greater than 21 750 kg?hm-2,and which was the best center: fertilizer concentration of 9.7×107cfu?mL-1,planting density 55 350 plants?hm-2.
