摘要:
刺梨具有很高的营养、保健、医学及观赏价值。贵州是刺梨原产中心，刺梨数量多且分布广。现根据近年来贵州刺梨发展情况，采用SWOT分析方法，对贵州刺梨产业的发展优势、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行了综合分析，提出了加强组织领导与宏观调控；积极筹措资金，拓宽资金来源；做好原料生产基地建设，优化配置刺梨资源；突出科技创新的先导作用；改进产品结构与营销方式，加强市场开拓；拓展深度加工体系，提高综合利用率等可持续发展对策与建议。
Abstract:
Rosa roxburghii possess very high nutritional,health care,medical and ornamental values.Guizhou is the original center for Rosa roxburghii,and large amounts and wide distributions of Rosa roxburghii could be found there.Strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Rosa roxburghii industry in Guizhou were comprehensively analyzed by the SWTO model analysis in accordance with the recent development status of this industry in Guizhou.Countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of Rosa roxburghii industry in Guizhou,such as strengthening organizational leadership and macro control,actively raising funds and broadening the sources of funds,conducting raw material production base construction and optimizing the allocation of Rosa roxburghii resources,highlighting the leading role of scientific and technological innovation,improving product structure and strengthening marketing development,establishing deep process system and improving the comprehensive utilization of Rosa roxburghii,were proposed to provide a reference for strategic decisions and industry planning of Rosa roxburghii industry in Guizhou. 
