- 根据“河南林业生态省”建设规划和方案，针对河南省内农田防护林网因杨树过量、树种单一而存在的几个方面的问题，结合工作实际，提出了建立高效生态林网及其经营模式，加大投资力度，规范化管理，产业化经营等对策以促进农田林网又好又快发展。
- Abstract:
- According to construction plan and program ‘forest ecological province of Henan’ the problems of shelter forest in farmland were pointed out，poplar over and single species for example.For the purpose of improving the development of farmland shelterbelts better and faster，combining with actual work，it suggested that should build up high efficiency eco-shelterbelts and management mode，increase invest，standardize the management，and industrial management.
