- 2007 年中央一号文件明确指出“发展现代农业”是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务。基于现代农业的概念和评价原则, 及农业可持续发展思想的基本内涵, 对黑龙江省农业概况进行调研, 分析农业发展中存在的问题, 在此基础上提出了黑龙江省现代农业发展的设计框架, 走“点、线、带、体系” 四阶段发展之路。
- Abstract:
- In 2007 the No .1 document in Central Committee clearly pointed out that “developing modern ag riculture” was theprimary task in building a new socialist country side.Based on the concept of modern ag riculture, evaluation principles and thebasic connotation of agricultural sustainable development, the investigation of general situation of Heilongjiang ag riculturewere carried out .And the existing problems of Heilongjiang ag ricultural development were analyzed.Then the desig nableframework for the development of Heilongjiang modern agriculture was put forward , and the development road should betaken by “ spo ts, lines, belts, sy stems” these four stages.
