摘要:
研究了欧美山杨毛状根的生长情况。发现:在培养过程中, 毛状根一直处于旺盛的生长状态, POD 活性呈现逐渐上升趋势;正常根呈现缓慢上升然后下降趋势;二者的SOD 活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。
Abstract:
The g rowth of hairy root on Populus tremula ×P.tremuloides was studied.The results were as follow s:duringcultivation process, hairy roo t kept vigo rous condition, POD activity showed upg rade gradually .The normal root showed upgrade then descending tendency .Their SOD activities offered upg rade firstly than descending latter tendency .The dissolubilitypro tein all offered upg rade firstly than descending latter tendency .
