- 复合肥生产过程比较复杂, 由于原料、配方、加工工艺等原因, 不同程度地存在着质量波动的现实问题。又因为复合肥的总养分含量是由N 、P2 O5 、K2O 各单项含量之和得来的, 故影响产品质量问题因素有主次之分。同时应用排列图和直方图分析产品质量, 为进一步采取措施改进提高产品质量提供可靠的理论依据。
- Abstract:
- It is a complex pro cess to manufacture compound fertilizer .Ow ing to the materia l, directions , pro ce ssingtechnics , etc ., we have to face to the problem o f fluctua tion in quality of pro ducts .Additionally , the nutrient contentin compound fe rtilizer comes f rom the sum of N, P, K , so the facto rs tha t influence the quality of pro ducts aredifferent .Herew ith the metho d o f using Ar rang ement chart and Histog ram to analyze the quality of produc ts supplyacademic basis fo r impro ving the quality of pro ducts .
