- 研究了大豆子粒大小、褐斑、紫斑和虫口等外观品质对其化学品质的影响。结果表明, 蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和蛋白脂肪总含量均随子粒的增大而增加。各种病虫害使大豆子粒蛋白质含量增加, 脂肪含量降低, 而对蛋白脂肪总含量的影响因品种而异。
- Abstract:
- This article studied soybean outw ard appearance qualities and so o n g rain size , brow nspot , purple spot and insect mouth to i ts chemistry quali ty inf luence. The result s indicated that ,the pro tein content , the fat content and the pro tein fat to tal content increased along wi th thegrain increased. Each kind of plant disease made the soy bean grain pro tein content to increase ,the fat co ntent reduces , but dif ferent influence to pro tein fat to tal content because of different varieties.
