摘要:
主要阐述黑龙江省小麦的生产现状、存在的问题、产生的原因以及出现的后果, 并依据本省的自然生态科技特点, 提出恢复小麦生产的重大意义、目标、策略及措施。
Abstract:
The paper summarized the present productio n condit ion , the problem , reason and resultof w heat in Heilongjiang Province mainly , on the base of characters o f nature , ecolo gy , scienceand techno logy in Hei longjiang province , the signif icance , aim , st rategy and method of w heatpro duct ion w ere sugg ested.
