- 从目前我国农作物知识产权保护的现状入手, 分析了存在的问题及今后发展方向, 提出了农业技术只有不断创新发展, 拥有自主的知识产权, 才能为保障我国粮食安全提供强大的科技支撑, 才能在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。

- Exi stent problems and developing direct ion in the furthe r are analy sed on base of the condi tion of pro tecting intel lectual property rig ht of crops of our count ry .Only continuing to innova te and develo p ag ricul tural technolo gy and possessing independent intellectual property right , wil l af fo rd st rong technological sustainment to protect fo odstuf f safety and success in a heated international competit ion .
