- 为探究鳕鱼骨源纳米羟基磷灰石(nHAP)对番茄生长的促进作用及其对盐胁迫的缓解效应,从而促进nHAP在番茄生产上的应用,以番茄为试材,叶面分别喷施稀释倍数为2 000倍、1 000倍、750倍、500倍的鳕鱼骨源纳米羟基磷灰石(nHAP),并在稀释1 000倍和750倍的nHAP处理下进行200 mg·L-1 NaCl处理,以验证nHAP对番茄生长的影响及在盐胁迫下对番茄的缓解效应。结果表明,在正常情况下,1 000倍稀释nHAP处理的叶片相对含水量为92.38%、SPAD值为40.5、根长为20.78 cm,促进作用最显著;750倍稀释对根干质量、茎粗促进作用最显著,分别为0.59 g和3.7 mm。在盐胁迫下,750倍和1 000倍稀释的nHAP均能对番茄幼苗的生长起到缓解作用,显著提高番茄在盐胁迫下的叶片含水量、茎粗、根长等农艺指标,nHAP维持了叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的稳定并降低了盐胁迫下的丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率。施用1 000倍稀释nHAP后,SOD、POD分别比盐处理组高37.71%和145.05%,CAT比盐处理组低52.86%,施用750倍稀释nHAP后,SOD、POD分别比盐处理组高4.27%和197.00%,CAT比盐处理组低1.31%。750 倍稀释的nHAP处理后MDA和相对电导率降低效果最显著,分别比盐处理组降低了61.28%和35.69%。综上,施用nHAP对番茄生长总体呈促进作用,且对番茄的盐胁迫有缓解作用。
