- 为了更深入地探究花色苷在抗肝癌活性功能研究领域的全球进展及发展趋势,采用文献计量学的方法,对2003-2023年Web of Science核心数据库中收录的相关文献进行了全面的热点追踪与趋势剖析。采用VOSviewer软件,分析了花色苷抗肝癌研究的文献数量、发表国家、核心作者群体、研究机构分布,还深入挖掘了该领域的研究热点。结果显示,近年来关于花色苷抗肝癌活性的学术论文发表数量持续攀升,反映出该领域日益增长的研究兴趣与重要性。在地域分布上,中国与美国是这一研究领域内发表论文最为活跃的两个国家。埃及知识库与开罗大学凭借其丰富的科研成果,位列研究机构发文量榜首。通过对高频关键词的细致分类与归纳,可以清晰识别出当前研究的三大核心热点:“anthocyanins”(花色苷)、“anticancer”(抗癌)以及“apoptosis”(细胞凋亡)。这些热点不仅揭示了花色苷作为抗癌物质,特别是在抗肝癌方面的巨大潜力,也指明了未来研究的关键方向与重点。
- Abstract:
- In order to further understand and clarify the global status and hotspots of research on the anti-liver cancer activity of anthocyanins, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on the literature published in the Web of Science core database from 2003 to 2023. The VOSviewer software was utilized for bibliometric and visualization analysis of the publication volume, countries, core authors, research structures, and research hotspots in this field. The results showed that the number of the publications has shown an overall upward trend. China and the United States are the two countries with the highest number of publications in this research field. The Egyptian Knowledge Bank and Cairo University are the research institutions with the highest publication volume. By categorizing high-frequency keywords, the research hotspots were identified as “anthocyanins” “anticancer”and “apoptosis” which represent the most important research directions in the field of anthocyanins’ anti-liver cancer activity.
