- 为指导大豆生产和抗虫育种工作,对53个大豆品种进行抗大豆食心虫评价,并通过大豆食心虫对其蛀荚率和虫食率进行聚类分析。共筛选出高抗品种21个,占参加试验品种的39.62%;抗虫(R)品种11个,占参加试验品种的20.75%。筛选出的高抗和抗性品种对指导黑河北部地区大豆生产具有重要作用,其中高抗品种可作为早熟抗食心虫亲本在育种工作中进行应用。
- Abstract:
- In order to guide soybean production and insect-resistant breeding, in this study, 53 soybean varieties were evaluated for their resistance to soybean pod borer, and the pod decay rate and insect feeding rate were analyzed by clusteranalysis.A total of 21 varieties with high resistance were selected, accounting for 39.62% of the experimental varieties. There were 11 insect resistant varieties, accounting for 20.75% of the varieties in the experiment. The selected varieties with high resistance and resistance play an important role in guiding soybean production in the Northern Region of Heihe Citiy, and the varieties with high resistance can be used in breeding as the parents of precocious food-resistant insects.
