- 教育部发布的新版《职业教育专业目录(2021年)》为乡村振兴人才培养提出了新的纲领性要求,为进一步提升人才培养质量,有效落实乡村振兴战略,主动适应地方产业转型需要,高等职业教育需要不断提升专业建设的信息化和数字化水平。当前,在云南职业教育赋能乡村振兴过程中,面临着数字化基础设施建设薄弱、专业数字化体系尚待完善、师生信息化素养有待增强、“校热企冷”等难题亟待破解等现实困顿,基于此,职业院校应从数字基础设施建设、专业建设提质升级、师生信息素养提升、校企协同共建等方面统筹推进专业升级与数字化改造,更好地服务产业强省建设,助力云南打造世界一流“三张牌”。
- Abstract:
- The new "Professional Education Major Catalog (2021)" released by the Ministry of Education outlines fresh guiding principles for nurturing talent aimed at rural revitalization. To further enhance the quality of talent development, effectively implement the rural revitalization strategy, and actively adapt to the requirements of local industry transformation, it’s essential for higher vocational education to consistently elevate its levels of informatization and digitization in curriculum development. At present, within the context of Yunnan’s vocational education facilitating rural revitalization, there are certain challenges. These include a weak digital infrastructure, a need for a more comprehensive digital curriculum system, a requirement for improved digital literacy among educators and students, and an urgent need to solve the "enthusiastic school, indifferent industry" conundrum. In light of these challenges, vocational institutions should coordinate the digital upgrade and transformation of their curriculum from various aspects. This includes digital infrastructure construction, enhancement of curriculum quality, improvement of digital literacy among educators and students, and collaboration between schools and industries. These efforts aim to better serve the construction of an industrially strong province and contribute to Yunnan’s ambition to build a world-class "Three Cards".
