- 随着生物经济的快速发展,社会对生物类专业创新创业人才的需求日益增加,运用OBE理念开展学生创新创业能力培养的研究已成必然趋势,其中“专创融合”是当前高校培养高水平专业人才的教育改革重点。本文以大庆师范学院生物技术专业为例,针对地方高校“专创融合”发展存在的问题,提出了“四阶段+四维度”专创融合课程建设体系,构建了“四位一体”的专创融合实践训练体系和“三级联动”的专创融合服务支撑体系。OBE教育理念与新时代大学生创新创业能力培养高度契合,对高校培养具有竞争力的高素质双创人才具有较好的推动作用。
- Abstract:
- The social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in biological majors is increasing rapidly with the rapid development of biological economy.It has become an inevitable trend to use the teaching concept of OBE to carry out research on the cultivation of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability.“Integration of specialty and innovation” is the key point of education reform in colleges and universities to cultivate high-level professional talents.Taking the biotechnology major of Daqing Normal University as an example, this paper proposes a curriculum construction system of “four stages and four dimensions”, and constructs a practical training system of “quaternity” and a service support system of “three levels of linkage” in order to solve the problems existing in the development of “professional innovation integration” in local colleges and universities. The concept of OBE education is highly compatible with the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in the new era, which plays a better role in promoting the cultivation of competitive high-quality talents for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in universities.
