中药材浓缩液在马铃薯脱毒苗培养中的应用

- 为改良马铃薯脱毒苗培养基,采用富金和中薯5号马铃薯脱毒苗作为供试材料,将中药材浓缩液应用到马铃薯脱毒苗的培养基中,明确中药材浓缩液对马铃薯脱毒苗生长的影响。结果表明,添加15/1 000 mL浓度的中药材浓缩液可以增加马铃薯脱毒苗的根长、叶片数和茎节数,缩短茎节长度,提高脱毒试管苗的鲜重、单瓶结薯数和移栽成活率。与对照相比,马铃薯脱毒苗的根长可增加0.6 cm,叶片数增加0.7~0.8片,茎节数增加1节,茎节长度缩短0.14~0.26 cm,脱毒试管苗单株茎叶鲜重增加0.04~0.06 g,单瓶结薯数增加3~4个。脱毒苗移栽成活率可提高3.0%~4.5%。同时,在脱毒苗炼苗过程中,能有效减少杂菌污染,延长炼苗时间3~4 d。

- In order to improve the culture medium of potato virus-free seedlings, Fujin and Zhongshu No.5 potato virus-free seedlings were used as test materials, and the concentrated liquid of Chinese herbal medicine was applied to the culture medium of potato virus-free seedlings to determine the effect of the concentrated liquid of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth of potato virus-free seedlings. The results showed that the addition of appropriate concentration of Chinese herbal medicine concentrate could increase the root length, leaf number and stem node number of potato virus-free seedlings, and shorten the stem node length. The fresh weight, number of tubers per bottle and the transplanting survival rate of virus-free test-tube seedlings were improved. Compared with the control, the root length of virus-free potato seedlings increased by 0.6 cm, the number of leaves increased by 0.7-0.8 leaves, the number of stem nodes increased by 1 node, the length of stem node was shortened by 0.14-0.26 cm, and the fresh weight of stem and leaf per plant of virus-free test tube plantlet increased by 0.04-0.06 g, and the number of virus-free mini tubers increased by 3-4 tubers per bottle. The survival rate of transplanting could be increased by 3.0%-4.5%. Moreover, after adding the concentrated liquid of Chinese herbal medicine, the pollution of fungi can be reduced and the time of hardening seedlings can be prolonged 3-4 days in the process of hardening seedlings.
