多效唑在苜蓿种子生产中的应用

- 为调节苜蓿种子产量,采用随机区组方法,以龙牧801苜蓿为研究对象,将多效唑分别配制200,400和600 mg·L-1 3种浓度于现蕾期和盛花期两次对苜蓿种子田进行叶面喷施,成熟期测定不同处理对种子产量及产量构成因子的影响。结果表明,3个浓度的多效唑处理均能够增加种子产量,其中以浓度400 mg·L-1处理增产最高,比对照增产15.47%。喷施多效唑各处理增加了每平方米生殖枝数、每生殖枝的结荚花序数和每结荚花序的荚果数。通过回归分析得出,种子产量(Y)与每平方米生殖枝数(X1)的线性回归方程为Y=-57.912 7+0.588 4X1-0.000 7X21,种子产量(Y)与每结荚花序荚果数(X3)的线性回归方程为Y=-29.504 1+19.917 2X3-1.146 5X23。由此得出,在苜蓿种子生产中喷施多效唑能够提高种子产量构成因子及产量。
- Abstract:
- In order to regulate alfalfa seed yield,the experiment adopted a random block method,taking Longmu 801 as the research object,paclobutrazol was used to configure three concentrations of 200,400 and 600 mg·L-1 to spray the alfalfa seed fields twice at the budding stage and full blooming stage.The effects of different treatments on seed yield and yield components were determined at maturity stage.The results showed that the three concentrations of paclobutrazol all increased the seed yield,and the treatment with a concentration of 400 mg·L-1 had the highest yield increase,which was 15.47% higher than the control. Each treatment of spraying paclobutrazol increased the number of reproductive branches per square meter,the number of podded inflorescences per reproductive branches,and the number of pods per inflorescence of pods. The linear regression equation of seed yield (Y) and the number of reproductive branches per square meter (X1) was Y=-57.912 7+0.588 4X1-0.000 7X21,the linear regression equation of seed yield (Y) and the number of pod inflorescence per pod (X3) was Y=-29.504 1+19.917 2X3-1.146 5 X23. In conclusion,spraying paclobutrazol in alfalfa seed production can improve seed yield and yield components.
