松毛虫赤眼蜂防治玉米田亚洲玉米螟技术优化

- 为了更好地利用松毛虫赤眼蜂防治玉米螟,本研究分别在哈尔滨市双城区和肇东市黎明镇两个试验点玉米田,设置7个不同释放赤眼蜂次数和放蜂时间处理,分析赤眼蜂不同释放次数和时间对亚洲玉米螟的寄生率、田间防效和田间玉米产量的影响。结果表明:释放1次、2次和3次赤眼蜂都对田间玉米螟有显著的防控作用,其中释放3次赤眼蜂的防效最好,两试验地防效分别为80.5%和83.3%,显著高于其他放蜂处理。对两次放蜂的防效进行分析,发现第1、第2期放蜂田间防效要显著高于第2、第3期放蜂处理。3次放蜂产量高于其他处理,但与两次放蜂处理未达到显著差异。综合田间防效、产量和防治成本,第1、第2期两次释放赤眼蜂防治一代玉米螟,8月2日再释放一次赤眼蜂防治二代玉米螟,每次放蜂量为8 000头·(667 m2)-1田间玉米螟防效较好,且经济效益最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to make better use of Trichogramma dendrolimi to control corn borer in the field,7 treatments about the times and the period of releasing Trichogramma dendrolimi were set in Shuangcheng District,Harbin City and Liming Town,Zhaodong City.And the effects of Trichogramma dendrolimi release times and period on the parasitic rate,field control effect of Asian corn borer and the yield of corn were analyzed.The results showed that,all the treatments had significant effect to control the corn borer.Released three times Trichogramma dendrolimi had the best control effect,the control effect of two test sites was 80.5% and 83.3%,respectively,which was significantly higher than other treatments.The first two times release Trichogramma dendrolimi control effect of corn borer was significantly higher than the last two times released.The yield of maize with three times release Trichogramma dendrolimi was higher than other treatments,but no significant difference to the two times treatments.Based on the analysis of the control effect,cost and yield,the first two times released Trichogramma dendrolimi and released again to control the second generation of corn borer on August 2nd,and the amount of each release time was 8 000 Head·(667 m2)-1,which can achieve good control effect of corn borer and maximize economic benefit.
