虫生真菌杀虫增效途径研究进展

- 为促进虫生真菌在生产实践中的应用,通过查阅国内外相关文献,回顾了化学杀虫剂、营养类物质、菌种间复配及菌种代谢产物、表面活性剂,以及基因工程菌株等提高虫生真菌毒力的相关研究。总结得出在化学杀虫剂、营养类物质、表面活性剂与虫生真菌相容性较好的情况下,将其按一定比例添加可增强虫生真菌的毒力。菌株间复配及应用菌株代谢产物可拓宽虫生真菌的杀虫谱。强致病力基因在虫生真菌中高效表达后亦可增强虫生真菌的毒力。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the application of entomogenous fungi in production,the research history of entomogenous fungi in China and abroad were consulted in this paper.The various methods which were used by domestic and foreign researchers to improve the virulence of entomogenous fungi by compounding entomogenous fungi with chemical insecticides,chemical substances,surfactants,biological insecticides,and constructing engineering strains were reviewed and summarized,to provide a basis for further research and application.It is concluded that when chemical pesticides,nutrients,and surfactants were compatible with entomogenous fungi,adding a certain proportion could enhance the virulence of entomogenous fungi.The insecticidal spectrum of entomogenous fungi was broadened by the mixture of strains and the application of its metabolites.The virulence of entomogenous fungi was enhanceed after highly pathogenic genes been highly expressed in entomogenous fungi.
