- The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is related to national foodsecurity,rural revitalization and development,and the realization of agricultural modernization.The technological innovation and achievement transformation of agricultural scientific research institutes are related to the effectiveness of agricultural technological achievement transformation.Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,starting from the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,analyzing and discussing the factors restricting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and countermeasures and suggestions have certain practical and enlightening significance.
