- 固碳减排是我国实现碳中和的有效措施,为推动黑龙江省农业绿色低碳发展,本文在分析了黑龙江省农业碳中和现状的基础上,明晰了碳中和的主要途径,全面分析了碳中和面临的优势和不足,并提出了实现碳中和的一些建议,包括保护利用好黑土资源、提出农业碳中和框架路线图、组建碳中和协同创新平台、加强碳中和的科技支撑力量、尽快制订碳中和的法律法规与技术标准、通过市场机制激励涉农企业主动减排等。
- Abstract:
- Carbon sequestration and emission reduction is an effective measure to achieve carbon neutrality in China.In order to promote the green and lowcarbon development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,based on the current status of agricultural carbon neutrality in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed,the main ways of carbon neutrality were clarified,the advantages and disadvantages of carbon neutrality were comprehensively analyzed,and some suggestions to achieve carbon neutrality were put forward,including protecting and utilizing the black land,proposing a roadmap for a carbon neutral framework for agriculture,forming a carbon neutral collaborative innovation platform,strengthening the scientific and technological support force for carbon neutrality,formulating carbon neutral laws and regulations and technical standards as soon as possible,and stimulating agriculturerelated enterprises to take the initiative to reduce emissions through market mechanisms.
