连翘扦插繁殖技术研究

- 为提高连翘扦插繁殖质量,本试验使用不同长度和生长年限的插穗及外源激素处理,观察连翘插穗生根情况和扦插成活率。结果表明:连翘扦插生根是以愈伤组织生根为主兼有皮孔生根的混合生根类型。在不同长度插穗处理中,生根效果最佳的是10 cm长的插穗,存活率为76.7%,生根率为60.0%,根系效果指数为4.48;在不同生长年限插穗处理中,二年生插穗生根效果最好,其存活率为78.3%,生根率为55.0%;在不同浓度生根粉浸泡插穗处理中,生根粉最佳浓度为2~3 g·L-1,其存活率为70%以上,生根率为61.7%;在不同浓度修复剂浸泡插穗处理中,修复剂的最佳浓度为2.5~3.0 mL·L-1,其存活率为86.7%,生根率为75%以上。
