谷子细菌性褐条病绿色防控杀菌剂的筛选

- 为促进谷子细菌性褐条病绿色防控,本研究选用4种常用的细菌性杀菌剂,分别设置低、中、高量,通过田间小区试验,明确常用细菌性杀菌剂对谷子生长的安全性及对细菌性褐条病的防治效果。结果表明:50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂对谷子细菌性褐条病的防治效果最好,防效在70.85%~77.18%,与其他试验药剂防效差异均显著;其次是30%琥胶肥酸铜可湿性粉剂,6%春雷霉素可溶液剂防效最低。防治谷子细菌性褐条病,可选用50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂有效成分用量300~450 g?hm-2;有机谷子防治细菌性褐条病可选用3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂制有效成分用量36~45 g?hm-2,于谷子细菌性褐条病发生初期喷施,视发病情况喷施1~2次,间隔7~10 d。
