区块链技术下的食用菌供应链数字化平台建设

- 为促进食用菌供应链建设与优化,从而推动我国农业经济发展,本文通过分析当前食用菌产品供应过程中存在的制约产业发展的物流成本高、食品安全问题突出、产品质量难以追溯等问题,论证了区块链技术对食用菌供应链数字化平台建设的优化作用,即区块链分布式系统架构有助于降低物流成本,信息透明性有助于消除食品安全隐患,数据溯源机制有助于产品质量追溯。进一步构建了基于区块链技术的食用菌供应链数字化平台,助力对产品供给、需求及质量信息进行有效查询、存证及溯源,打造安全、高效、有序的食用菌供应体系。
