狗牙根等高速公路边坡防护植物种子萌发特性研究

- 为探究发芽温度对防护植物种子萌发的影响,对不同温度条件下种子发芽率、发芽势和幼苗苗高进行定量测试。结果表明:在不同温度条件下,供试植物种子发芽和幼苗生长表现出不同的变化规律。除硫华菊和金鸡菊种子外,狗牙根、紫穗槐、小冠花、多花木兰和百喜草5种植物种子基本表现出其发芽率和发芽势随着发芽温度的升高而升高,狗牙根、紫穗槐、小冠花、多花木兰、百喜草和金鸡菊6种植物种子最适发芽温度为25 ℃,硫华菊种子最佳发芽温度为20 ℃。狗牙根、紫穗槐、小冠花、多花木兰、百喜草和金鸡菊6种植物幼苗生长基本表现出随着测试温度(15~25 ℃)的升高而升高的变化趋势,硫华菊幼苗生长则表现出随着温度(15~25 ℃)的升高而降低的变化趋势。
