松毛虫赤眼蜂防治高粱田亚洲玉米螟技术的研究

- 为加强高粱田玉米螟的生物防治,进一步提高高粱的产量和质量,针对玉米螟在高粱上的发生规律及危害特点,使用不同放蜂量进行玉米螟防治,采用大区对比试验方法,调查松毛虫赤眼蜂对玉米螟的平均防治效果,最终确定最佳放蜂时间与放蜂量。结果表明:松毛虫赤眼蜂能有效防治高粱田玉米螟。当玉米螟田间卵块1~2块?100株-1时开始释放松毛虫赤眼蜂进行防治,放蜂量3.5万头?667 m-2,放蜂2次,第一次放蜂1.5万头,7 d后第二次放蜂2.0万头,每667 m2放蜂3点,秋季调查防治效果达65.29%。松毛虫赤眼蜂防治玉米螟防治效果好,防治成本低,在生产中具有很大的应用价值。
- Abstract:
- In order to strengthen the biological control of Ostrinia furnacalis in sorghum field and further improve the yield and quality of sorghum,the control effect of Trichogramma dendrolimi on Ostrinia furnacalis was investigated by using the comparative experiment method of different amount of wasps according to the occurrence regularity and damage characteristics of corn borer on sorghum,and the optimal time and quantity of Trichogramma dendrolimi were determined.The results showed that Trichogramma dendrolimi could effectively control Ostrinia furnacalis in sorghum field.Trichogramma dendrolimi was released at the time of 1-2 eggs pods per 100 plants in the field.The amount of Trichogramma dendrolimi was 35 000 per 667 m2,twice,15 000 for the first time,and 20 000 for the second time 7 days later,with 3 points per 667 m2.The control effect was 65.29% in autumn.Trichogramma dendrolimi has good control effect and low cost,so it has great application value in production.
