双砧木嫁接对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

- 为促进双砧木嫁接技术的推广应用,以津研一号黄瓜为接穗,黑籽南瓜为嫁接砧木,自根苗为对照,采用双贴接法嫁接,比较了双砧木嫁接技术对不同浓度盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:双砧木嫁接的黄瓜幼苗在盐胁迫浓度小于100 mmol?L-1时,黄瓜的根系活力随胁迫时间增加呈正向增长;嫁接幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数等生长指标在不同浓度盐胁迫下均有增长,盐胁迫浓度为150 mmol?L-1时,嫁接苗的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量大于自根苗。说明双砧木嫁接技术能增强盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的耐受性,但在盐浓度超过150 mmol?L-1时嫁接幼苗的耐盐性较弱。
