灵芝连作障碍机制研究

- 为解决灵芝连作障碍有关土壤微生物数量变化引起的问题,以栽培过灵芝的3个不同年限的土壤(1,2,3年)以及未种植过灵芝的土壤(0年)为对照,通过土壤稀释法将其分别在选择性培养基中进行培养,对其数量变化进行分析。结果表明:药剂处理的土壤栽培灵芝品质好于未进行药剂处理土壤栽培的灵芝品质;与未进行药剂处理未栽培过灵芝的小区土壤上的灵芝相比在品级分布上相差不大;药剂处理的土壤栽培的灵芝生长情况好于未经药剂处理的土壤。
