不同基质配比、含水量及空气湿度对铁皮石斛生长的影响

- 为促进武汉及江汉平原地区大棚铁皮石斛的夏季壮苗栽培,以铁皮石斛幼苗为材料,在大棚温室条件下,研究松树皮和砖渣两种基质不同配比\[6∶4(A1),7∶3(A2)和8∶2(A3)\]、基质含水量\[基质最大持水量的30%~35%(C1),40%~45%(C2),50%~55%(C3)\]和空气湿度\[60%(B1)、75%(B2)、90%(B3)\]交互作用对铁皮石斛幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同基质配比和含水量对铁皮石斛幼苗生长影响显著,空气湿度影响较弱;在所有处理中,A2B2C1处理的茎长净增率、茎粗净增率和叶片数净增率都最高,是最佳组合。
