- 为促进萱草在黑龙江省的引种驯化,选取6种萱草(红宝石、红运、橘黄色、肉粉色、大金杯和金娃娃)为试验材料,分别处于-25、-30和-35 ℃的环境下低温处理0、3、12、24、36和48 h,比较各品种丙二醛、脯氨酸、电导率、超氧化物歧化酶和根系活力的变化。结果表明:供试的6个品种中,红宝石、红运的抗寒性较强,大金杯、橘黄色和肉粉色居中,金娃娃相对较弱,供试的6种萱草在-35 ℃地区可以安全越冬。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the introduction and domestication of Hemerocallis in Heilongjiang Province,six Hemerocallis (Ruby,Hongyun,Orange,Meat Pink,Daijinbei and Jinwawa) were selected as experimental materials and were treated at -25 ℃,-30 ℃ and -35 ℃ for 0 h,3 h,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h respectively.The changes of malondialdehyde,proline,electrical conductivity,superoxide dismutase and root activity were compared.The results showed that among the six varieties,Ruby and Hongyun had strong cold resistance,Dajinbei,Orange and Meat Pink were in the middle,while Jinwawa was relatively weak.The six Hemerocallis could survive safely in the area of -35 ℃.
