- 为促进紫苏新品种的选育,对来自毕节市不同县(区)36份栽培紫苏的主要农艺性状进行相关和通径分析。结果表明:简单相关分析发现,11个主要农艺性状中主茎节数、株粒数、总穗数对株粒重均呈极显著正相关,主茎分枝数对株粒重呈显著正相关;偏相关分析和多元回归分析发现,均仅有株粒数和千粒重对株粒重的影响达到显著水平。通径分析表明,株粒数对株粒重的直接作用和决定系数均最大,分别为0.932 0和0.868 6;千粒重次之,分别为0.280 0和0.078 4。因此,紫苏育种时,应选择株粒数多、千粒重大的品种。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the breeding of new varieties of perilla,correlation analysis and path analysis were carried out for 36 cultivated perilla varieties from different counties (districts) of Bijie City.The results showed that: simple correlation analysis found that the number of nodes of main stem,the number of grains per plant and the total number of spikes had significant positive correlation with the grains weight per plant,and the number of branches of main stem had significant positive correlation with the grains weight per plant;partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis found that only the number of grains per plant and 1000-grains weight had significant impact on the grains weight per plant.The path analysis showed that the direct effect and determination coefficient of grain number per plant on grain weight per plant were the largest,0.932 0 and 0.868 6 respectively,followed by 1000-grain weight,0.280 0 and 0.078 4 respectively.Therefore,it is necessary to select a variety with a large number of seeds per plant and a large number of 1000-grain weight.
