- 为选育耐盐性生菜品种,以3种不同品种的生菜种子(紫叶生菜、玻璃生菜和结球生菜)为试验材料,研究不同浓度的Na2-CO3-(0,5,10,20,30,40,50 mmol·L-1-)对3种不同生菜品种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、生物量、丙二醛含量以及电导率等的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度的Na2-CO3-胁迫下,发芽指标和生长指标均呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,同时,幼苗的丙二醛含量及根系电导率呈先下降后上升的趋势。说明低浓度的Na2-CO3-(5 mmol·L-1-)对生菜种子的萌发及幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用,当Na2-CO3-浓度较高(≥10 mmol·L-1--)时,则会抑制种子的萌发及生长,并随着Na2-CO3-浓度的增加,抑制效果越来越明显。采用隶属函数法对各项指标进行综合分析,确定3种生菜的碱性盐抗性强弱依次为:紫叶生菜≈玻璃生菜>结球生菜。
- Abstract:
- In order to breed salt tolerant lettuce varieties,in this experiment,three different varieties of lettuce seeds (purple leaf lettuce,glass lettuce,and lettuce) were used as experimental materials to study the effects of Na2-CO3- stress(0,5,10,20,30,40 and 50 mmol·L-1-)on germination potential,germination rate,germination index,root length,biomass,malondialdehyde content and electrical conductivity.The results showed that the germination index and growth index showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing under different concentrations of Na2-CO3- stress.At the same time,the malondialdehyde content and root conductivity of the seedlings decreased first and then increased.It indicated that low concentration of Na2-CO3- (5 mmol·L-1-) could promote the germination and seedling growth of lettuce.When the concentration of Na2-CO3- was high(≥10 mmol·L-1-),it would inhibit the germination and growth of seeds.As the concentration of Na2-CO3- increased,the inhibitory effect became more and more obvious.The subordinate function method was used to comprehensively analyze the indicators,and the alkaline salt resistance of the three lettuces was determined as follows: purple leaf lettuce≈glass lettuce > knotted lettuce.
