生防菌弗氏链霉菌K-7所产抑菌物质的稳定性研究

- 为探明生防菌弗氏链霉菌K-7发酵液上清中抑菌物质的成分及其在功能性肥料中添加使用的可能性,对生防菌弗氏链霉菌K-7所产抑菌物质分别通过60和80 ℃高温处理4 h和100 g·L-1的高浓度KH2PO3处理48 h后,采用菌丝生长速率法测定发酵液上清抑菌物质的抑菌效果来研究K-7所产抑菌物质的稳定性。结果表明:生防菌弗氏链霉菌K-7所产抑菌物质经过60和80 ℃高温处理4 h抑菌活性无明显变化,说明所产抑菌物质对高温稳定;和100 g·L-1的高浓度KH2PO3复配后抑菌活性显著优于单独发酵液上清,显著优于单独的亚磷酸二氢钾溶液,说明所产抑菌物质在高盐条件下稳定。为所产抑菌物质的纯化、成分分析及在功能性肥料中添加使用提供了一定的理论基础,具有较广的应用前景。
