- 为明确解磷、溶磷菌对水稻种子萌发的影响,以龙粳22号水稻种子,解磷菌P1、P2,溶磷菌P3、P4为材料,通过将不同菌株的发酵液随机组合,制成不同混合菌剂。采用培养皿滤纸培养法,每次喷洒2 mL的不同菌剂,以清水作为对照,通过测定培养2~3 d及5~6 d的各组水稻种子芽长和根长的变化,研究不同解磷、溶磷菌株及不同菌株之间混合对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同单菌制备的菌剂中解磷菌P2和溶磷菌P4对芽的促生长效果最佳,解磷菌P2对根的促生长效果最佳;不同混合菌剂中P2P4对芽的促生长效果最佳,P1P3对根的促生长效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to clarify the effects of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and phospho lytic bacteria on rice seed germination.In this experiment,Longjing 22 rice seeds,phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria P1,P2,phospho lytic bacteria P3 and P4 were used as materials to make different mixed microbial agents by randomly combining the fermentation broth of different strains.The effects of different phosphorus-dissolving and phosphorus-dissolving strains and the mixture of different strains on the germination of rice seeds were studied by measuring the changes of bud and root lengths of different groups of rice seeds cultured for 2-3 days and 5-6 days.The results showed that P-solubilizing bacteria P2 and P4 had the best growth promoting effect on buds,P-solubilizing bacteria P2 had the best growth promoting effect on roots,P2P4 had the best growth promoting effect on buds and P1P3 had the best growth promoting effect on roots.
