NaCl胁迫对三种狼尾草生长及生理特性的影响

- 为掌握3种狼尾草的耐盐性,对它们进行为期30 d的NaCl盐胁迫试验,设置5个土壤含盐量梯度处理,分别为0.25,0.35,0.50,0.60,0.8 g·kg-1,以清水为对照。测定相关形态及生理指标,结合死亡率、枯叶率和茎叶生长量进行分析。结果表明:3种狼尾草耐盐能力由强至弱的次序为长穗狼尾草、矮株狼尾草、东方狼尾草,它们能够忍受的土壤NaCl含量分别为0.60,0.60,0.50 g·kg-1。随着土壤含盐量的增加,3种狼尾草叶片中SOD及CAT的活性均呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势;MDA含量呈先上升后下降,最后又上升的变化趋势,且与SOD和CAT活性的变化有一定的关系。
