- 以枝干番杏的带叶茎段为外植体,比较不同灭菌方法的灭菌效果,及不同激素浓度对丛生芽诱导及生根的影响。结果表明:本研究中枝干番杏组织培养不经过愈伤组织阶段,芽诱导最适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA 8.325 mg?L-1+NAA 16.65 mg?L-1。芽丛生继代最适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.4 mg?L-1+NAA 9.6 mg?L-1,根诱导最适培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 1.2 mg?L-1+NAA 4.8 mg?L-1。枝干番杏的离体快繁体系有望用在番杏科其他植物的组培中。
- Abstract:
- The leaf stems of Dicrocaulon ramulosum(L.Bolus) Ihlenf were used as explants to compare the effects of different sterilization methods,as well as the effects of different hormone concentrations on the induction of shoots and roots.The results showed that the tissue culture did not pass through the callus stage.The optimal medium for shoot induction,bud subculture and root induction was MS+6-BA 8.325 mg?L-1+NAA 16.65 mg?L-1,MS+6-BA 2.4 mg?L-1+NAA 9.6 mg?L-1,and 1/2 MS+6-BA 1.2 mg?L-1+NAA 4.8 mg?L-1,respectively.The in vitro rapid propagation system of Dicrocaulon ramulosum(L.Bolus) Ihlenf was expected to be used in the tissue culture of other plants within the Aizoaceae family.
