不同施肥方式对林下栽培铁皮石斛植株生长的影响

- 为筛选适宜的肥料种类,促进铁皮石斛生长,提高品质。以铁皮石斛大棚驯化苗为试验材料,设置不同浓度的花生麸液、腐熟羊粪液、沼液、真菌复合菌剂等施肥处理,以不施肥的清水处理为对照,研究了不同施肥方式对铁皮石斛驯化苗在林下栽培的不同生长阶段新芽发育和植株生长的影响。结果表明:不同的生长阶段铁皮石斛种苗对肥料的种类和浓度的需求不同,春季宜浇施30倍复合菌剂或50倍羊粪液,促进植株快速生长,新芽萌发多且生长量大;9-11月浇施30倍复合菌剂或50倍沼液更适宜种苗越冬。30倍复合菌剂整体表现出较强的促生优势,尤其是鲜重、株高和根长较对照处理差异显著,分别提高了13.5%、36.1%和33.3%,其次是50倍羊粪液处理,有利于茎粗和株高增长,在实际生产中可根据铁皮石斛的不同生长阶段交替施用不同的肥料。
