长白山区小浆果资源概况及开发利用前景

- 长白山是我国野生植物资源的绿色宝库，目前发现的植物种类近3 000种，包括林木资源、药用植物资源、观赏植物资源、经济植物资源等，小浆果类植物以其口感独特、营养丰富而被越来越多的人所接受。长白山地区分布有小浆果类植物10科20属54种，本文对其资源情况进行了综述，并就其开发利用前景进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- Changbai mountain is a green treasure house of wild plant resources in China.At present,nearly 3 000 species of plants have been found,including forest resources,medicinal plant resources,ornamental plant resources,economic plant resources,etc.Small berry plants are being accepted by more and more people for their unique taste and rich nutrition.There are 54 species of small berry plants in 20 genera and 10 families in Changbai mountains.In this paper,the resources of small berry plants were summarized,and the prospects of the development and utilization were forecasted.
