干旱胁迫下两个扁桃品种的叶片解剖结构分析

- 为探讨两个扁桃品种叶片解剖结构与抗旱性的关系,取浓帕尔、佳美两个扁桃品种干旱胁迫后5、10和15 d的叶片制作石蜡切片,利用光学显微镜对叶片角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、叶片厚度、上表皮和下表皮厚度等指标进行观察分析。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,两个扁桃品种叶片厚度均明显减小,角质层厚度有所增加,叶肉上下表皮细胞变小;叶肉组织细胞排列紧密,细胞间隙变小,海绵组织厚度降低,栅海比及CTR值逐渐增大。在干旱胁迫下,扁桃的叶片结构朝着耐旱的方向改变,以减少水分蒸发、增强光合效率,适应环境变化。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the relationship between anatomical structure and drought resistance of two almond cultivars,paraffin sections were made from the leaves of two almond cultivars,Nonpareil and Carmel,5,10 and 15 days after drought stress.The thickness of cuticle,palisade,sponge,upper and lower epidermis were observed and analyzed by optical microscope.The results showed that the leaf thickness of the two almond varieties was decreased significantly,the thickness of corneous layer was increased,and the epidermal cells became smaller with the increasing duration of drought stress.The mesophyll cells arranged closely,the cell gap became smaller,the thickness of the sponge tissue was decreased.The CTR value and the ratio of thickness between palisade tissue and spongy tissue were increased gradually.Under the drought stress,the leaf structure of almond was changed in the direction of drought resistance,so as to reducing the evaporation of water,enhancing the photosynthetic efficiency and adapting to the environmental changes.
