摘要:
农村电子商务作为一种新型业态已经在很大程度上改变了农产品交易方式和农业发展趋势，是新时期我国社会经济发展的必然要求。黑龙江省是农业生产大省也是我国重要的商品粮基地，但同时也是农产品流通弱省，积极推动农村电子商务发展成为实现农业增效、农民增收和整个农村地区经济繁荣的必然选择，本文通过将黑龙江省与发达省份进行对比分析，提出了促进黑龙江省农村电子商务发展的几点对策建议。
Abstract:
As a new type of business,rural e-commerce has greatly changed the way of agricultural products trading and the development trend of agriculture,which is the inevitable requirement of China′s social and economic development in the new period.Heilongjiang province is a large agricultural production province and an important commodity grain base in China,but also a weak agricultural product circulation province.Actively promoting the development of rural e-commerce has become an inevitable choice to achieve agricultural efficiency,increase farmers′ income and economic prosperity in the whole rural area.This paper made a comparative analysis between Heilongjiang province and developed provinces.It put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas of Heilongjiang province.
