- 生菜是北京地区主要的叶类蔬菜,为筛选出适合北京春季种植的散叶生菜品种,本文以引进的7个散叶生菜品种为试材,并以北京主栽散叶生菜品种美国大速生作为对照,研究不同生菜品种的生长、形态及营养品质等特性。结果表明:品种瑞比特和辛普森精英的单株鲜重分别达到281.81和246.71 g,显著高于对照品种;瑞比特和辛普森精英形态指标均优于对照;从品质指标来看,辛普森精英维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量、含水量与可溶性蛋白含量优于瑞比特。以上结果可知,辛普森精英和瑞比特是适宜在北京地区春季栽培的散叶生菜品种。
- Abstract:
- Lettuce was the main leafy vegetables in Beijing.In order to selecte out the suitable spring planting lettuce varieties in Beijing,seven different varieties of lettuces and a major of lettuce variety American fast-growing in Beijing were introduced to study the growth morphology and nutritional quality.The results showed that fresh weight of Ruibt and Simpson Elite were 281.81 and 246.71 g?plant-1 respectively,which were significantly higher than the control variety American fast-growing.The morphological indexes of Ruibt and Simpson Elite were better than American fast-growing.In terms of quality indicators,vitamin C content,soluble suger content,the water content and soluble protein content of Simpson Elite were better than Ruibt.The above results showed that Simpson Elite and Ruibt were suitable for spring cultivation in Beijing.
