- 为研究外源SA浸种对Ca(NO3)2胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发的影响,以黄瓜绿岛7号为试验材料,首先分别进行0、60、80、100、120、140、160 mg?L-1SA浸种和0、100、120、140、160、180 mmol?L-1 Ca(NO3)2胁迫两个预试验,比较种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数后选择用80 mg?L-1的SA浸种,测定120 mmol?L-1 Ca(NO3)2胁迫下黄瓜种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、ɑ-淀粉酶活性等指标。结果表明: SA浸种显著提高了Ca(NO3)2胁迫下黄瓜种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和ɑ-淀粉酶活性,分别提高了10.72%、6.67%、10.15%、71.70%和120.56%。说明SA浸种对Ca(NO3)2逆境胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发有明显的促进作用和缓解伤害的作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effects of exogenous salicylic acid on seed germination of cucumber under Ca(NO3)2 stress.Cucumber varietie ‘Green Island No.7’was used as the test material.Two preparatory experiments,soaking seeds with 0,60,80,100,120,140,160 mg?L-1 SA and stressing with 0,100,120,140,160,180 mmol?L-1 Ca(NO3)2 respectively,to determining germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were carried out.Finally,80 mg?L-1 SA was used to soak seeds .Germination potential,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and ɑ-amylase activity of cucumber seeds were determined under 120 mmol?L-1 Ca(NO3)2 stress.The results showed that SA soaking significantly increased germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and α-amylase activity of cucumber seeds under Ca(NO3) 2 stress by 10.72%,6.67%,10.15%,71.70% and 120.56% respectively.Indicating that SA soaking could promote the germination of cucumber seeds and alleviate the injury of cucumber seeds under the stress of Ca(NO3)2.
