摘要:
为更好地开展农牧民精准扶贫工作，通过对精准扶贫的内涵进行研究，得出了精准识别在整个扶贫过程中为精准扶贫工作重要作用，进而对扶贫客体的致贫因素进行了研究。对西藏自治区林芝市3个县的调查研究，认真分析了林芝农牧民贫困客体生态贫困、基础贫困、技能贫困等致贫因素，并提出了摆脱贫困的对策。
Abstract:
In order to better carry out the targeted poverty alleviation work of farmers and herdsmen， through the study of the connotation of targeted poverty alleviation,the author obtained the important role of precision identification in the whole process of poverty alleviation,and then studied the poor factors of the object of poverty alleviation.In the investigation and study of three counties in Linzhi,the factors such as ecological poverty,basic poverty and skill poverty in Linzhi farmers and herdsmen were carefully analyzed,and the countermeasures to get rid of poverty were put forward.
