- 为合理布局黑龙江省内无公害农产品生产,于2015 年秋季,在哈市周边部分县市采集了相关样品,测定样品中As、Hg、Pb、Cr、Cd、Ni、Cu和Zn的含量,使用单项污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法对玉米土壤中重金属含量水平进行了风险评价,计算分析了玉米不同器官的富集系数。结果表明:采样区土壤基本处于安全水平,适于粮食生产;玉米植株对7种重金属元素平均富集系数的顺序为镉>铜>锌>铬>汞>砷>铅,玉米植株不同器官对重金属的平均富集系数顺序为根>秸秆>玉米棒>玉米粒,所以说重金属累积与生长时间有一定相关性,因而用玉米修复重金属污染土壤存在一定的应用前景。
- Abstract:
- In order to reasonably arrange the production of pollution-free agricultural products in Heilongjiang province,maize plants and their cultivated land samples were collected from some counties around Harbin city in the fall of 2015.Concentrations of As,Hg,Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu and Zn in the samples were determined and the risk assessment of heavy metal content in cultivated soil was carried out by using single pollution index method and N.L.Nemerow pollution index method respectively.The enrichment coefficient of different organs of maize was analyzed and some suggestions were given.The results showed that,the soil in the sampling area is basically safe and suitable for food production.The average enrichment coefficient of the seven heavy metal elements in the maize plant was Cd>Cu>Zn>Cr>Hg>As>Pb.The average enrichment coefficient of different organs of maize plants was root > straw >corn cob>niblet.Therefore,the accumulation of heavy metals had a certain correlation with the growth time,so it had a certain prospect to use maize to repair the soil contaminated by heavy metals.
