- 为明确同源四倍体黑皮冬瓜的光合特性参数与倍性的关系,以同源四倍体及其原二倍体为试验材料,比较研究不同生育期内叶片总叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及蒸腾速率等光合参数。结果表明:同源四倍体黑皮冬瓜的叶片总叶绿素含量、气孔导度在3个生育期内均极显著高于原二倍体(P<0.01);净光合速率在抽蔓期略高于原二倍体(P>0.05),在开花期及果实膨大期则极显著高于原二倍体(P<0.01);胞间CO2浓度在抽蔓期略高于原二倍体(P>0.05),在开花期及果实膨大期则显著高于原二倍体(P<0.05);蒸腾速率在3个生育期均显著高于原二倍体(P<0.05)。同源四倍体黑皮冬瓜较原二倍体具有更强的光合能力。
- Abstract:
- In order to illustrate the relationship of photosynthetic parameters and ploidy of autotetraploid black wax gourd,the photosynthetic parameters of total chlorophyll content,net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate in different stages were studied through using autotetraploid and diploid black wax gourd as materials.The results showed that the total chlorophyll content and stomatal conductance of autotetraploid black wax gourd were significantly higher than diploid at three growth stages (P<0.01); the net photosynthesis rate of autotetraploid black wax gourd was silightly higher than diploid at vining stage(P>0.05),but significantly higher than diploid at flowering stage and fruiting stage(P<0.01);the intercellular CO2 concentration of autotetraploid black wax gourd was silightly higher than diploid at vining stage(P>0.05),but significantly higher than diploid at flowering stage and fruiting stage(P<0.01);the transpiration rate of autotetraploid black wax gourd was significantly higher than diploid at three different growth stages(P<0.05).The autotetraploid black wax gourd has more superior photosynthetic performance than diploid.
