- 为提高沙地柏大面积扦插繁殖的生根率,对沙地柏不同部位插穗及在不同促根剂处理下插穗的生根情况进行了研究。结果表明:沙地柏不同部位插穗的生根率由高到低分别为上部半木质化>中部木质化>主干木质化>下部木质化;上部半木质化插穗经3种不同浓度促根剂处理后,生根情况整体均好于对照组(CK),其中以200 mg?L-1的吲哚乙酸(IAA)和萘乙酸(NAA)的混合液处理40 min效果最好,生根率达89.0%,最长根长为15.4 cm。综合试验结果,在大面积进行沙地柏扦插育苗时,以上部半木质化枝条作为插穗,经浓度为200 mg?L-1的吲哚乙酸和萘乙酸的混合液处理40 min可有效增大扦插繁殖的成活率。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the rooting rate of large area cuttings propagation of Sabina vulgaris,the effects of different cuttings in different positions and rooting agents were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings from different parts of Sabina vulgaris was from top to bottom upper semi-lignification> central lignification> trunk lignification> lower lignification; the rooting rate of the upper semi-lignified cuttings was better than that of the control group,and the concentration of 200 mg?L-1 IAA and NAA misture solution was the best.The rooting rate was 89.0%,the longest root length was 15.4 cm.In conclusion,in the large area cuttings propagation of Sabina vulgaris,the upper semi-lignified branches as cuttings,the concentration of 200 mg?L-1 IAA and NAA mixture solution can effectively increase the survival rate of cutting propagation.
