- ????为探讨促进小麦种子萌发、生长的有效方法,采用室内培养皿法,以喜旱莲子草的根、茎、叶为供体,以小麦种子为试验对象,对喜旱莲子草根、茎、叶,以浓度梯度为0、5、10、25、50 mg?mL-1的浸提液对小麦种子萌发的化感作用进行研究。结果表明:与对照相比,小麦种子的发芽势、发芽率及幼苗生长几乎都受喜旱莲子草不同部位浸提液的抑制;不同部位对小麦的抑制强度不同,抑制强度整体表现为茎>叶>根。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the Alternanthera philoxeroides on wheat allelopathy,promote seed germination and growth of wheat,the petri dish method was applied to indoor,Alternanthera philoxeroides roots,stems and leaves as the donor,wheat seeds as the test object,the allelopathic effects of the extract with a concentration gradient of 0,5,10,25,50 mg?mL-1on the germination of wheat seeds were studied.The results showed that compared with the control groups,the germination vigor,germination rate and seedling growth almost had been inhibited by theextracts from different parts of Alternanthera philoxeroides.Generally,the inhibitory effect of the extracts from different parts of Alternanthera philo neroioles were different,the intensities of inhibition were stem>leaf >root.
