- 为了开拓百子莲应用前景,以二年生百子莲(Agapanthus praecox‘Big Blue’)实生苗为材料,采用不同浓度莫拉德营养液水培的方式,筛选出最适合百子莲生长的营养液浓度。结果表明:百子莲在1/2浓度的莫拉德营养液中植株生长表现最佳,生物量最大;其次是1/4浓度的莫拉德营养液和莫拉德营养液,清水中表现最差。因此,1/2浓度的莫拉德营养液是最适合百子莲水培的营养液。
- Abstract:
- In order to expand the application prospect of Agapanthus,taking 2 years old Agapanthus (Agapanthus praecox ‘Big Blue’) seedlings as materials,the most suitable concentration of nutrient solution for the growth of Agapanthus was analyzed by hydroponic method.The results showed that Agapanthus plant growth was the best in Maillard nutrient solution at 1/2 concentration,the biomass was largest; followed by Maillard nutrient solution at 1/4 concentration and Maillard nutrient solution,the worst was in clean water.Therefore,Maillard nutrient solution at 1/2concentrationis most suitable for hydroponic Agipanthus.
