- 为节约成本,减少草炭使用量,将中药渣与鸡粪以1∶1的比例混匀后作为一个整体,再与草炭以不同的配比(65%、70%、75%、80%、85%、90%、95%、100%)混合,混匀后以2∶1∶1的比例与蛭石、珍珠岩配制育苗基质,进行了育苗基质配方的优选。结果表明:从黄瓜的出苗率、成苗率、壮苗指数、形态指标和生理指标来看,草炭占25%~30%,中药渣和鸡粪(1∶1)的混合物占70%~75%综合表现较好,可以达到减少草炭用量的目的。
- Abstract:
- To save cost and decrease the turf amount,the traditional Chinese medicine residue and chicken manure were mixed with the ratio of 1∶1 as a whole,with the turf in different proportions (65%,70%,75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,100%) mixed,after mixing with the ratio of 2∶1∶1 and vermiculite,perlite seedling substrate,the nursery matrix formula was optimized.Test results showed that from the cucumber seedling emergence rate,seedling rate and seedling index,morphological and physiological indicators,turf accounted for 25%~30%,the mixture of traditional Chinese medicine residue and chicken manure accounted for 70%~75%,comprehensive performance was better.It could achieve the goal of reducing the amount of turf.
